More Than a Garage. A Piece of American Railroad History.

 

Long before these buildings became End of the Road Garages, they formed part of one of the largest railroad repair facilities in the Upper Midwest.

For more than sixty-five years, hundreds of skilled craftsmen repaired and rebuilt freight cars, passenger coaches, and railroad equipment inside these brick walls. Today, that same history has been preserved through thoughtful restoration, allowing a new generation to experience one of Wisconsin's most remarkable industrial landmarks.

Every garage is part of that story.
